Vivian Mwende

Vivian Mwende is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, trained Trial advocate by Justice Advocacy Africa (JAA) and a graduate of Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) with a post graduate diploma from Kenya School of Law. Vivian is an expert in legal litigation with a key focus in Strategic Impact Litigation (SIL), human rights law and providing legal aid using the ‘survivor centered approach’ to vulnerable groups. Vivian is an excellent legal researcher with experience in drafting legal documents, project documents, work plans and proposals.
